Apollo will state a delivery date and time when you place an order and we will endeavour to meet the date and time stated. As part of our ‘More than adhesives promise’, we constantly monitor and review our delivery performance to ensure we are meeting your requests.
There must be a member of staff onsite to take receipt of any goods. You may be charged for transport expenses if you fail to tell us you are closed and delivery must be re-arranged. Apollo has a diverse fleet of transport vehicles to meet your needs. Please inform us when placing an order if delivery is restricted. This is so suitable transport vehicles can be arranged. For example, if you do not have access to a suitable fork lift truck, a vehicle with tail lift facilities can be provided. If access is restricted, Apollo can provide smaller transport vehicles.
